SparklingLotusInk.com is now veering towards her fifth birthday. If you've been following the site's growth and meta-morphing from the beginning, you're probably as amazed as I am by the wealth of developments and changes. Reflection on the last year is a bit boggling; so many of the changes we've experienced here in Sparkling Lotus-Land could not have been predicted or mindfully embraced in any manner but an unfolding Now. My son, Anthony, continues to help me learn & grow here at the machine. I've tried my best to become self-sufficient since he now has a job in the IT field. His help and admiration in the original garden beds, throughout the summer months, added his own particular piscean-scorp "sparkle" to the general mix. This year I've deepened my ties with old SLI collaborators and also developed some new strong roots of friendship and effective peer review with a few kindreds who were Previously Unknown. They've come to me through this website and so I must offer thanks for angelic dictation and more temporal inspiration. These things allow me to select the mixture of images and words that serve to magnetize core cellular learnings and the desire to bloom more fully - for All. My bass playing husband Jim continues to lay the grooves on which everything else is built. Case closed and yet, at the same time, it's really just the first opening of a larger door ... |
